Laughter therapy

Laughter therapy is a new and very effective concept, which is suited both for small and large groups of people.

How it started:

The Indian Dr. Madan Kataria found a new method to help people to laugh without jokes by using different exercises. In India more than 50 000 people come together every morning to laugh, and the results are very encouraging. The waves of laughter are now spread world-wide.

Medical science has known for a long time the positive impact laughter has for our physical and psychological health. Laughter reduces stress-related diseases and inspires us to have more fun and fewer worries.

Laughter therapy in the workplace:

Regular practice of the laughter exercises (l0 minutes) every morning will reduce stress and encourage creativity and increase the team spirit.

Seminars/workshops:

The laughter exercise brings participants together and the seminar is both positive and effective.
